John H. Eley - chairman

John is CEO of Pivot, Inc. the leading provider of collaboration and liquidity management tools for the financial services industry. He previously was the CEO of Hotspot FX, Inc., and has more than 20 years of experience working in the financial services and financial technology industries - in trading, portfolio management, risk management, business development, product development, investor relations, finance and IT management. He has spent the last 10 years operating financial technology businesses and focusing on companies seeking to improve market structure in a variety of asset classes.

Peter Borish

Peter currently serves as chairman and CEO of Computer Trading Corporation, an actively Peter managed fund focused on macroeconomic investing. He created the trade and risk management models his company uses to manage assets in the derivatives markets. He currently serves as an investor in and board member of Quadriserv, Inc. a technology driven securities lending platform, which emphasizes price transparency and process efficiency, and also has served as CEO of Twinfields Capital Management, a global macro hedge fund focused on the fixed income sector, and chairman of the Board of Directors of OneChicago, LLC. For 10 years he was a founding partner and director of research for Tudor Investment Corporation.

Peter now serves as chairman of the Institute for Financial Markets, a nonprofit dedicated to participating in the development of standards and fostering best practices initiatives in the financial services industry. He is a founding member of the board of directors of the Robin Hood Foundation, which funds New York City educational projects for disadvantaged children, and he is a mayoral appointee to the youth board of the New York City Department of Youth and Community Development. He also is a board member of the Math for America Foundation. Mr. Borish earned his Master of Public Policy from the Gerald R. Ford School of Public Policy at the University of Michigan and his Bachelor of Arts in economics from the same university.

Roger Ehrenberg

Roger is managing partner of IA Capital Partners, LLC, an early-stage investment firm focused on innovative companies in digital media and financial technology. He also is the founder of Kinetic Trading Strategies, LLC, a boutique trading firm that develops alpha generating models for top quantitative hedge funds and proprietary trading desks. Additionally, Roger authors the financial blog Information Arbitrage, which was recently named one of the "Top 25 Financial Blogs" by 24/7 Wall Street. He is frequently consulted as a financial expert, and has appeared in numerous media outlets including Bloomberg, CNBC, Financial Times, Reuters, Wall Street Journal and more. Roger holds an M.B.A. in Finance, Accounting and Management from Columbia Business School and a B.B.A. in Finance, Economics and Organizational Psychology from the University of Michigan.

Ross Garon

Ross is a managing member of Tykhe Capital LLC, a financial services company with expertise in the application of sophisticated quantitative techniques and computer technologies to the financial markets, founded in 2002. Mr. Garon graduated magna cum laude from Harvard University in the spring of 1993 with a degree in social studies. Formerly, he was a member of the D. E. Shaw & Co. team that established the firm's London presence and successful customer business in equity-linked securities (now KBC Financial Products). In 1994, Mr. Garon moved to Tokyo to establish the Japanese presence of D. E. Shaw Securities International. In 1997, he joined Commerzbank's fledgling securities operation as the head of global business management. In 1998, Ross returned to New York to become responsible for Commerzbank's equities business in the United States. In 2000, Ross and several partners founded Blink.com, an Internet technology company with over one million consumer customers, which was subsequently sold.

Aron Miodownik

Aron is the founder of Cambrian Associates, a New York-based advisory firm focusing on the intersection of the technology and financial markets. He has over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry specializing in sales, research, equities, operations, technology and risk. Mr. Miodownik has held chief information officer and chief operating officer positions working with firms such as Merrill Lynch and UBS. Cambrian specializes in business advisory services, restructuring programs, strategic business development and technology strategy. Previously, Mr. Miodownik was a senior manager at Andersen Consulting's strategy practice and Director of their Russian business. He is also the executive chairman of CorrectNet, a board member of SciVantage and Folio Dynamix, and an advisory board member for Merrick's Capital.

Ulf Svensson

Ulf is the chief technology officer of one of the larger U.K. based hedge funds. Prior, he held the position of Global Head of Electronic Transaction Services for hedge funds within Deutsche Bank. While working as director of technology for JD Capital Management LLC in Greenwich, Conn., he concurrently held a position with Imperitus, LLC, an IT management company. Svensson also has acted as CTO for Soros Funds Management, building, upgrading and modernizing its technology and applications infrastructure globally. He is a member of the board at Gravitas Technology and IT Consultancy and Integration Company, and a founding board member of The Environmental IT Leadership Team (EILT) who are committed to taking practical action to cut carbon dioxide emissions from the ICT sector.
