Roger Portnoy - Chief Executive Officer

Roger Portnoy is the founder and owner of Starting-Right.com Limited, a specialist strategic consultancy serving high growth financial technology and content entities. Starting-Right has advised and fulfilled special projects for many of the leading application software and infrastructure vendors serving the world's most prestigious investment banks, hedge funds, and investment management firms.

Prior to creating Starting-Right, Roger was a Director for Thomson Financial Services. At Thomson, Roger was one of the senior partners in the venture practice, and initiated over more than a decade the development of new transformational businesses for the investment banking, publishing and real-time markets group. Roger began his career in investment banking, helping UBS develop and expand its fixed income proprietary trading and capital market research practice. Roger received a B.A. with Honours in philosophy and Japanese studies from Colgate University.

Rosario Ingargiola - Chief Technology Officer

Rosario Ingargiola was previously a Senior Consultant at Sparkart, providing financial models, accounting systems and business processes to a range of entertainment clients, including Warner Brothers Entertainment, Universal Music Group, Atlantic Records, The Firm and Def Jam Records. Before that he was a Managing Member at Forecastle Alternative Investments LLC, where he created a unique multi-manager spot FX hedge fund using managed accounts. His earlier positions included Senior Vice President & Partner at JCW Ventures, Inc. and Executive Vice President and Head of Research at both Knightsbridge Capital Group LLC and Winterhawk Investment Corp.

Lawrence K.Kinsella - Chief Financial Officer

Larry Kinsella is a seasoned finance executive, with more than 20 years of leadership experience in world-class companies. He was previously Chief Financial Officer of British Telecom's Global Financial Services Division from 2005 to 2007. Before that he was CFO of Radianz, which was acquired by British Telecom in 2005. He served as CFO and Chief Administrative Officer of Moneyline Telerate from 2001 to 2004.

From 1993 to 2001, Larry held a number of senior financial positions at Dow Jones & Company, Inc., including Vice President/General Manager of Dow Jones International and Comptroller and Chief Accounting Officer of Dow Jones & Company. He had joined Dow Jones Telerate in 1988, at that time a subsidiary of Dow Jones. He was previously with Coopers & Lybrand in New York. Larry is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
